Service Termination
After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that Zmodo will discontinue services for all devices under the First-Generation Platform (platform 1.0) on May 15th, 2025.
Please log into your app and enter the Device Settings to check if any of your devices’ versions are included in the list for platform 1.0.
Why This Change?
Over the years, technological advancements have led us to develop more secure and efficient platforms. To ensure that our products continue to meet the highest standards of security and performance, and to provide you with the best possible experience, we must transition away from the platform 1.0.
Impact on Your Service
After the service termination on May 15th, Zsight app will be removed from application platform, and we will no longer provide technical services related to it. Besides, devices on the platform 1.0 will lose remote connectivity. Local operations may remain available, but critical features reliant on our servers will cease.
