Software End User License Agreement
This agreement explains the scope of the software license provided with supported Zmodo products.
License Grant
Zmodo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software solely in connection with supported Zmodo products and services.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the software except as permitted by applicable law.
Ownership
The software, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the property of Zmodo and its licensors.
Termination
The license terminates if you fail to comply with the agreement or discontinue use of the associated services and products.
